Dr. Harjiwan Siyan, MD, CCFP

Dr. Harjiwan Siyan is a family physician practising in Windsor, Ontario. Born in Chandigarh, India, and raised in both Australia and Canada, he brings a warm, inclusive, and down-to-earth approach to patient care. His focus is on building strong relationships, communicating clearly, and supporting each patient’s unique health goals.
Dr. Siyan completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Western University before earning his medical degree from the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. He achieved Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) in 2022 and began practising in Windsor in 2023. He joined McLean Medical in early 2025.
He has a special interest in sports medicine, minor procedures, and skin-related care, including biopsies, lesion removal, and joint injections. He is committed to providing timely, thorough care while maintaining a comfortable and respectful environment for all patients.
Interests
Outside of medicine, Dr. Siyan enjoys staying active and previously worked as a personal trainer. He’s also a longtime fan of the Dark Souls video game series—drawn to its focus, challenge, and attention to detail. He values both physical and mental resilience, inside and outside the clinic.
